Tamalyn opened the non profit organization, studio "Mid Eastern Dance Exchange" in 1990. From this studio emerged famous dancers such as Amar Gamal, Bozenka and more. Through MEDE, Tamalyn hosted dozens of dancers who became world renown later, produced theater shows and the yearly "Orientalia" dance festival.
